Setup Instructions

First download, and execute the Windows Installer file, .msi

Second, configure the newly created web application in the IIS Manager to run with the 2.0 version of the .NET platform. You can do so, with the properties options of the webapp, in the ASP.NET tab.

Third, grant read and write access to everyone, over the webhits.mdb file placed in the App_Data folder, of the new webapp.
